On the south side of Sword Street, this is the rowdiest and lowest-class tavern in Oldtown, but also has the best nightlife. The drink is cheap, and undrinakable, but many an evening's drinking ends up here because it is usually open later than any other tavern in Oldtown, and by that stage, you don't notice that the drink is undrinkable.
Loud Lilina's is also a good place to do business, as many of the less savoury characters in Pavis tend to frequent it. However non-humans are not welcome.
Lilina, the patroness, is known for her fishwife's voice, her unwillingness to put up with any kind of harassment from patrons, and her willingness to enforce her wishes with a large soup ladle. Being barred from Loud Lilina's is a rite of passage in Pavis; fortunately she has a short memory for who she has barred.
